The area known as University Point is a school ruins Location in the Southern central area of The Commonwealth. It is located South of the Andrew Station, and North of the Neponset Park.
Kelloggs house is an unmarked location in Diamond City in 2287. It formerly belonged to Conrad Kellogg.
