Remove restrictions On the Review tab, under Protection, select Permissions, and then select No Restrictions.
If the file is protected or in read-only mode, you can unblock it by clicking on the Enable Editing or Edit Anyway button that appears in the File tab or in the message prompt.
Select Check for Issues Inspect Document. Select the types of content that you want to inspect, and then select Inspect. Review the results. For each type of content that you want to remove from the document, select Remove All.
