To remove blank rows from a spreadsheet in Excel, you can use the Find Select tool. Click on a single cell within the area you want to search or select the entire range. Then, go to the Home tab, click Find Select Go To Special Blanks, and click OK.

Firstly, you can use the Go To Special function, as mentioned earlier, to select all blank cells and then delete the entire rows. Alternatively, you can use the Filter option to display only the blank rows and then delete them manually.
You can remove blank rows in Excel by first doing a Find Select of blank rows in the document. You can then delete them all at once using the Delete button on the Home tab. Once rows or cells are deleted in Excel, the data below them will move upwards.
