How do I clear the printer queue?

Right click the printer icon and click open printer queue. A new window should open with all current print jobs. Delete the files in queue that you dont want by either right clicking and then selecting delete or left clicking and pressing the delete button on your keyboard.

How do I force delete a document in print queue?

Right-click on the printer icon, then select See whats printing. If documents are stuck in the queue, right-click, then select Cancel All Documents.

How do I clear my print list?

Clear Print Queue Select Start. Type Command. Right-click Command Prompt and select Run as administrator. Type net stop spooler then press Enter. Type del %systemroot%\System32\spool\printers\* /Q then press Enter. Type net start spooler then press Enter. The print queue on your Windows should now be cleared.
