Go to File Options Trust Center Trust Center Settings Privacy Options and look at the option Remove personal information from file properties on save.
Select Check for Issues Inspect Document. Select the types of content that you want to inspect, and then select Inspect. Review the results. For each type of content that you want to remove from the document, select Remove All.
Go to Home Tab, select Sensitivity. Unselect it from the Sensitivity menu try to remove it. Please note that if your organization requires labels on all files you wont be able to remove it. For more inforamtion: Apply sensitivity labels to your files and email in Office.
If you share a document with other people, you can remove personal information, such as author name and company, that Office automatically adds to a document. On the Word menu, click Preferences. Under Privacy options, select the Remove personal information from this file on save check box. Save the document.
Remove restrictions On the Review tab, under Protection, select Permissions, and then select No Restrictions. In the dialog box, select Remove Restrictions.
Edit Document Properties, and Personal Information To selectively edit or remove data, click File Info Properties. Click Show All Properties. Delete or edit information.
Remove the link between Excel and PowerPoint Click on the linked element in PowerPoint. Open the drop-down menu on the callout that appears on top of the copied element. Click on Remove Link .

The correct option to remove personal information from a presentation is Inspect Document. This feature is found in software like Microsoft PowerPoint and allows you to check for and remove any personal information, such as author names or document properties, that could be embedded in the presentation.
If the content of your document is too large, you can use the Document Inspector tool that comes with PowerPoint to automatically check and remove the sensitive information to achieve the effect of redaction.
