as a google workspace administrator you can change the password of your members whenever itamp;#39;s needed to start you will need to go to your admin console at admin.google.com then within the user section go to manage on this new window look for the name of the person that you want to reset the password to and once you find it click and reset password at the right side of it from here you can automatically generate the password by checking this option or you can manually create a password by checking this option once you have entered the password you can choose to let the person change it again upon login by leaving this box checked after everything is set select the reset option and there you go you have successfully changed the password for a member of your organization for more help check out the reseta useramp;#39;s password page in the google workspace admin help center you will also find a link in the description of this video
