margin trim is being added to CSS is the problem that it solves if you have an article here and it has a margin bottom on each of them to space them out you often want to take it off the last one so you donamp;#39;t have uneven spacing here soft and solved by Gap in flexbox and grid but if it is margin you can use the margin trim property with a block top and bottom or inline left and right value and anything that is touching on that axi will be have its margin trimmed this is also really handy if you have like an article and you have you donamp;#39;t know what elements are going to be inside of that and you donamp;#39;t know the value of the actual margin so here I have this margin top I want to take off and here I have this margin Bottom I want to take off so simply we go to the parent and we say any elements that have margins that are touching the top or the bottom remove them right like off on off on it just gives us that perfect spacing all throughout our designs
