today I wanted to do a quick analysis of typography and and logo design and I found a a little logo online but I wanted to take a look at the type that was used here and I know itamp;#39;s probably designed in a short amount of time but there are some issues with the type and the symbol as well so I wanted to show you some of my tweaks and details that could be used if this logo were to go to True design itamp;#39;s a great idea wine and Sushi and they have the little red circle at the top it indicates a sushi roll but when I saw the type at the bottom there were some issues with that and immediately it was this space here on the right my eye went right to here because thereamp;#39;s a balance everythingamp;#39;s out of balance here and it looks like it was actually set flush left even though the symbol is centered thatamp;#39;s a one thing too iamp;#39; like to talk about is when the symbol is giving you an idea of centering below youamp;#39;d want to set it centered I

To set the area of clear space around your logo, measure exactly one X indicator unit from the farthest vertical and horizontal points of your logo. In our example, the furthest point on the left and to the bottom of our logo is the edge of the blue circle.
The margin of the clear space around the logo is defined in relation to the logos height (marked X). The bottom margin should equal to 0.5X, While the top and side margins should equal to 0.4X.
This is called clearspace. It is important to follow clearspace require- ments. The minimum spacing requirement is 0.25 inches and should always be used when placing the primary or sub-brand logos into a printed design. In printed materials, the logo should be at least 0.25 inches in height.
Logo clearspace and margins This is where clearspace and margins come in to play. For example: if you were to place the Medium logo, sized 30px tall, in a logo pool next to other logos, you should ensure that the Medium logo has at least 30px of clearspace on all sides.
