Remove a watermark from a sheet On the Layout tab, under Page Setup, click Header Footer. Click Customize Header, and then click the section of the sheet header in which the watermark appears. Select the watermark, and then press DELETE . Click OK, and then click OK to close the Page Setup dialog box.
Remove a sheet background Click the worksheet that is displayed with a sheet background. Make sure that only one worksheet is selected. On the Page Layout tab, in the Page Setup group, click Delete Background. Delete Background is available only when a worksheet has a sheet background.
On the Home tab, in the Font group, select the arrow next to Fill Color, and then select No Fill.
Heres what you need to do: Find the last row of your data, then go one row down. Click the number to the left of the rows; the whole row should be selected. Now press ctrl+shift+down arrow. Now press ctrl+- (thats the ctrl key and the minus key).
You will find the Hide Ink button under the Review tab in Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. Clicking it will toggle ink on or off.
Remove all manually-inserted page breaks Click the worksheet that you want to modify. On the View tab, in the Workbook Views group, click Page Break Preview. You can also click Page Break Preview. on the status bar. On the Page Layout tab, in the Page Setup group, click Breaks. Click Reset All Page Breaks.
It looks like a watermark, but dont worry -- that text wont appear on your printed worksheet. That Page 1 is a sign that you are in Page Break Preview, instead of Excels Normal view or Page Layout view.
