Turn off your computer and disconnect all peripherals from your computer (except for your monitor, keyboard, and mouse). Turn on your computer. On your keyboard, press the Windows logo key and type recovery. Click Advanced recovery methods. Select Reinstall Windows. Click Yes. Click Back up now.
Wiping your hard drive Go to Start Settings Update Security Recovery Reset PC. Select Remove everything, and then Remove files and clean the drive. Click Next, Reset, and then Continue.
