this is a quick response a video to somebody whoamp;#39;s asked me to show them how to do subtractions in OpenOffice calc so this is a supplementary video to my OpenOffice calc formula tutorials what Iamp;#39;ve done here is Iamp;#39;ve highlighted three cells I want to put the formula in cell a3 and I want to enter the answer in cell a3 to reflect the subtraction of the values in cell a1 from the value of cell a2 so all formulas start with an equal sign so simply press the equals button you can see here that the formula is being built in the cell and also in the formula bar at the top here and I want to say this is equals cell a1 so I flicked in cell a1 and I want to - so thatamp;#39;s the - on keyboard next to the plus sign on the keyboard top right hand corner and then I want to click on the second set here so itamp;#39;s this formula equals at cell a1 the contents of cell a1 minus the contents of cell a2 and when Iamp;#39;m happy with that I can click enter obviously theream
