Hello friends, how are you all, I am Visvaa. In todayamp;#39;s video we are going to know how to remove header or footer in google docs. That means how to remove. Will understand in very easy steps. As you see, Google docs page is open and see here the page number given as header is amp;quot;1amp;quot;. ok Now suppose we have to remove it. So for this we have to go to the insert tab in the ribbon above. Here is the insert tab. Click on this. After that we have to go to the header section. See this is the section of header and footer when the cursor will move here. Header or footer will be found in front. Click on the one you want to delete. So letamp;#39;s say removing the header. So I clicked on the header. When you click on the header. It got highlighted. After that you have to go to the right side, the button of options is visible here, click on its dropdown and from here your header will be removed as soon as you click on remove header.

To remove headers, footers, and watermarks via Document Inspector, access the Header Footer Tools Design tab to adjust the settings, uncheck different first page and other relevant options, remove watermarks through the Page Layout or Design tab, and ensure no header or footer will print on any page.
In documents that are in pages format, you can add page numbers, and you can also include headers and footers to add content to every page in the document. Note: You can only see and edit page numbers, headers, and footers when a document is in Print layout mode.
Go to Insert Header or Footer, and then select Remove Header or Remove Footer.

To remove a footnote: Find the superscript reference in the body of the text (not the footer) and delete that superscript. That will remove the superscript and the note in the footer as well as in your text. Any other footnotes will be automatically renumbered as well.
You can do that by dividing the document into sections. Heres what to do: 1. On the page before you want the header and footer to change, place the cursor and click Insert, Break, Section Break (next page).
Change or delete a header or footer on a single page Double-click the first page header or footer area. Check Different First Page to see if its selected. If not: Select Different First Page. Add your new content into the header or footer. Select Close Header and Footer or press ESC to exit.
On your computer, open a document in Google Docs. Double-click the header or footer you want to remove. Remove header or Remove footer.
