hi there this is Lynn Allen welcome to another AutoCAD tip courtesy of Cadalyst magazine alright so a couple of weeks ago I shared with you some cool tips that relate to the undo command okay not that you command but the undo UND oh man and I promised you that I would dive into it a little bit deeper two weeks later I know you have been on the edge of your seat admit it okay so letamp;#39;s make you brilliant letamp;#39;s make you a wizard at the end ooh command so first off I want to make sure that you understand how redo works as it relates to undo because thatamp;#39;s important so you need to know that redo just read as whatever the last undo command did easy for me to say right so if I go on the undo command and I type in three that means itamp;#39;s gonna go itamp;#39;s gonna undo the last three things that I did inside of AutoCAD right so itamp;#39;s sumed in and it took away two of those circles is what it did if I do a redo itamp;#39;s gonna redo all three of those step

Reply to or resolve a comment Select a comment. Select Reply. Type what you want. Click elsewhere in the document when you are done. Or, select Resolve to show the comment has been completed.
Delete all comments Select a comment. On the Review tab, go to Comments. In the Delete drop-down list, select Delete All Comments in Document.
Once selected, the Reviewing Pane will emerge, displaying a comprehensive list of all alterations and comments within the document. Additionally, the total count of changes will be visible at the top of the Reviewing Pane. To exit the Reviewing Pane, simply click Reviewing Pane again.
Turn off Track Changes Go to Review Track Changes. In the Track Changes drop-down list, select Off.
Click the Review tab in the toolbar. Look for the Comments section and click the dropdown menu next to it. Youll see options like: Show Markup, Final Showing Markup, and Final. Select Final and all comments will be gone! Another way to get rid of comments is to use the Track Changes feature.
Delete all comments from a document Open a document that contains comments. Select the Review tab in the ribbon. Under Delete, select Delete all comments in Document.
Microsoft Word has many ways to delete comments. One way is to right-click on the comment, press Delete Comment, and agree to it. Or go to the Review tab, click the comment symbol, and pick Delete Comment from the list.
