Usually at the end of a certificates lifecycle you will want to retire a certificate, rather than delete it. Deleting a certificate completely removes the certificate from the system including all historical information associated with the certificate.
Press Windows Key + R Key together, type certmgr. msc, and hit enter. You will get a new window with the list of Certificates installed on your computer. Locate the certificate you want to delete and then click on the Action button then, click on Delete.
Once you have downloaded the root certificate on your Android, go to SettingsSecurity Encryption and Credentials then select the a certificate option. Step 2. Scroll down and tap the Encryption Credentials option. At this point, you can add or remove trusted credentials as follows.
To remove the certificate from the browser, follow these steps: Open Google Chrome, click the Customize and control Google Chrome icon (the three vertical dots ) go to Settings at the left margin, click Privacy and security click Security. Under Advanced, click Manage certificates.
Instructions for Android Open the Settings application, and select the Security option. Navigate to the Trusted Credentials. Tap on the certificate that you would like to delete. Tap Disable.
How to Delete Certificates and Clear Cache in Edge? In the Edge browser, go to at top right and choose Settings. Search Manage Certificates and click on top result. Select all certificates and click Remove, then Yes to confirm and Close.
Changing Root Certificate Trust Settings Select the Root Certificate that you want to change. Click on Edit Trust Select/Unselect the check-boxes indicating the trust bits, then click on OK.
