Open Microsoft Word and click on the Mailings tab. Select Envelopes from the toolbar. Fill in the recipients address name, street address, city, state, and ZIP code in the Delivery address section. If you want, tick the Return address checkbox and enter your own address details.
Go to Mailings Start Mail Merge Envelopes. In the Envelope dialog box, under Return Address, choose an option.
Cancel a merge Click Mailings tab Select Recipients, and then click Cancel Merge. When asked if you want to cancel the merge, click Yes. Note: If you cancel a mail merge, fields other than Address Fields, Greeting Lines, and Address Blocks are converted to regular text.
Write your full name (1 line), business name (1 line, optional), street address (12 lines), city, state, and zip code (1 line), and country (1 line, for international mail). Place the return address in the top left corner of your envelope.
Remove personal information from a document On the Word menu, click Preferences. Under Privacy options, select the Remove personal information from this file on save check box. Save the document.
In a new document, select Mailings, then Labels. Choose Options and select Avery US Letter from the Label vendors list. Scroll to find your product number, click to select it and click OK. Type your information in the Address box near the top and then click on New Document to generate a full page of the same label.
On the File tab, click Account Settings Account Settings. On the Address Books tab, click the address book that you want to remove, and then click Remove.
Set up a return address Click Options. Click Advanced. Scroll down, and under General, type your return address in the Mailing address box. Note: Word stores the address so that you can use it whenever you want to insert your return address in an envelope, label, or other document.
