If you have previously deactivated your account and would like to reactivate your Zip account please submit a request to our customer experience team here.
If youve forgotten your password or need to reset it, simply select Forgot password? on the sign-in page. A password reset link will be sent to the email address on file, simply enter your new password and re-enter to confirm. Havent received the password reset link?

Deactivate Your Zip Account Log into your Zip mobile app on your phone. At the bottom, select the Account tab. Scroll down to the About Zip section. Select Close my account.
