The first way is go to second page and you need to the top of the second page and then what you do, press the backspace of your keyboard. So, once you press it for 2-3 times, the second page will be deleted. If you see here now there is page 1of 1. That means there is single page only. Now let me show you the second way. Go into your Office 365 account, and click on the gear. in the upper right-‐hand corner, and select Options On your My Account page, scroll to the bottom and select Edit information When editing your profile, select the General section on the left hand side, and change your name.
Choose Change User Name. Click into the Initials text box under the Personalize your copy of Microsoft Office section. Type your initials. Click the OK button. Your initials will now appear in the document anytime you use an option on the Review tab such as adding a new comment or deleting a word.
