The easiest way to delete a page in Google Docs is to simply use your Backspace or Delete key to erase all the content on the page. You can also edit your margin size, which can help move text off a page and delete it.
How to delete a blank page in Word documents. Click anywhere on the page you want to delete. Press Ctrl+G. In the Enter page number box, type \page. Press Enter on your keyboard. Select Close. Verify that a page of content is selected, and then press Delete on your keyboard.
Insert a Section Break at the end of the next to final page then uncheck Link to Previous in the final pages header.
To use and see headers and footers, make sure your document is in pages format. Open a document in the Google Docs app. Tap Edit . In the top right, tap More . Turn on Print Layout. Tap the header or footer. Type the text you want in your header or footer.
Double-click the header or footer area (near the top or bottom of the page) to open the Header Footer tab. Select Link to Previous to turn off the link between the sections. Select Header or Footer and do one of the following: Choose Remove Header or Remove Footer near the bottom of the menu.
Select Close Header and Footer or double-click anywhere outside of the header or footer area to exit.
Remove all headers and footers Go to Insert Header or Footer, and then select Remove Header or Remove Footer. If your document has more than one section, repeat this process for each section.
Go to Insert Header Footer. On the top right side of the document, select Options Remove Headers Footers.
