If you want to clear out the existing formula from a Table column then you need to highlight the entire column in the table (Ctrl+Spacebar) then press delete.

Click File Options. Click Advanced, and then under Editing options, select or clear the Enable AutoComplete for cell values check box to turn this option on or off.
Select Copy, or press Ctrl+C on your keyboard. Right-click on the selected cell(s) again. Hover over the Paste Special option. Click on Values from the list. This action pastes the calculated result back into the same cell(s) without the formula.
