You can delete emails one by one by swiping from left to right on the message to show the Trash name and icon. If you want to delete multiple emails, click the Edit button at the top right corner and then hit Select all. Once every message you want is selected, press the Trash button to remove them.
Procedure: Go to Communications. Find the log you want to delete and click the action arrow beside Edit. Click Delete.

When you delete a message, it stays in your trash for 30 days. After that time, it will be permanently deleted from your account and cant be recovered. On your computer, go to Gmail. At the top left, check the box to select all messages. At the top, click Delete .
