So here we are in one of my Google documents and Iamp;#39;m just going to go ahead and open up version history by going to file and going down here to version history. I do want to note that if you wanted to you could name this version of the document from here but we want to go into the full history so weamp;#39;ll go and click on see version history. If you just want to change one of the last few edits you have made, you can use the Undo button just as you would with any other word processing program. Click on the undo arrow from the Google docs toolbar, or click Edit and Undo to reverse the last few changes you have made.
In Google Docs we call track change as Suggest edit. Switch to turn on/off this mode should locate around the up-right of your window.

In the Version History dialog, hover next to the version you want, and to get a list of options, on the right side, select the down arrow. Select Delete. To delete the version, select OK. Note: SharePoint moves versions you delete to the recycle bin.
While Google Docs doesnt allow you to directly delete Version History, a common workaround is to make a copy of the document. The new document does not carry over the Version History from the original one, effectively eliminating any unwanted history.
Use the File menu to select Download As and then choose a file format that doesnt include metadata, such as plain text (. txt) or PDF. This will remove any metadata that is stored with the document. Use a metadata removal tool.
