How do you wipe date in patent with DocHub?

The grant date of a patent is the date on which the official body (Netherlands Patent Office / European Patent Office) grants the patent.
If you come across a patent EP000001A1, for instance, the A1 means that it is an application document. If you come across EP000001B1 this is the granted document. 2. What is the term of a patent in the Indian system? The term of every patent granted is 20 years from the date of filing of application. However, for application filed under national phase under Patent Cooperation Treaty (PCT), the term of patent will be 20 years from the international filing date ed under PCT.
Application date is the date on which the patent office received the patent application. Publication date is the date on which the patent application is published (i.e. the information is available to public).
Published and granted patents look very similar, so they can easily be mistaken. Just because a patent application is published, it wont always be granted.
