foreign and welcome to another episode of on our terms a video series brought to you by contract documents my name is Cody Thomas and I have Michael bomba with me today we will continue walking through the B101 by breaking down the owners budget section found in section 1.1.3 and Mike if youll take it away thank you Cody as Cody mentioned were talking about the owners budget for the cost of the work today this section is uh short and sweet there doesnt look to be too much to it but Id have to say is probably one of the most important sections in the initial information section which makes it one of the most important sections in the entire agreement I dont have data on this but I wouldnt be surprised if claims related to budget exceeded all other claims combined on when it becomes to the owner architect relationship we dont have a lot of words on the screen we dont have a lot of words in the document but when it comes to defining the owners budget for the cost of the work
