hello everyone welcome back to gsm tips today we have here a zebra tc 56 locked in enterprise mode and as we as we know we there is no way to to factory reset it as um as the in recovery mode which im going to show you now recovery mode you enter here with this button and the power button when you see zebra just let go of the power button and as we know in recovery mode there is no option to factory reset the device so what were going to do is right now im going to turn the phone off i got hold off of the factory reset file which im gonna share with you guys so just put the file on your memory card memory card inside okay same thing we go back to to recovery mode now what you want to do is is go using the volume button select apply update from sd card confirm with the power button and youre gonna have the file here and select the file and confirm with the power button now its going to the this factory reset image okay and hit the power button in order to reboot the syste
