On the Review tab, in the Comments section, click Next to select a comment. On the Review tab, click Delete. To delete all comments at once, click the arrow by Delete, and then click Delete All Comments in Document.
How to Remove Comments in Google Docs from Comment History Step 1: Open Google Docs and open the document in which the comment is to be deleted. Step 2: Click on the Open comment history icon. Step 3: Move the cursor on the comment to delete. Step 4: Click on the three vertical dots on the comment box you want to delete.
One way is to right-click on the comment, press Delete Comment, and agree to it. Or go to the Review tab, click the comment symbol, and pick Delete Comment from the list. Another option is to use keyboard shortcuts. Pressing Ctrl+Shift+A will hide or show all comments in the document.
Select Delete from the drop-down menu to remove the comment. To delete all comments at once: Click on Tools in the top menu bar. From the drop-down menu, choose Review suggested edits. Click on either Accept all or Reject all to delete all comments from the document.
Delete all comments from a document Open a document that contains comments. Select the Review tab in the ribbon menu. Under Delete , select Delete All Comments in Document.
You may also press Ctrl + A + A to select the worksheet. Next, click on the Home tab to open a new drop-down menu. Select Editing from this menu and click Clear to open up a further menu. Finally, choose Clear Comments from this menu to clear all worksheet comments.
Use follow up on action items On your computer, open a Google file. Highlight the text, images, cells, or slides you want to comment on. To add a comment, go to the toolbar and click Add comment . Type your comment.
Step 1: Select the entire worksheet (Click the triangle between the row and column headers). Step 2: For comments: Go to Review Delete. This will delete all comments on the sheet. Step 3: For notes: Go to Home Clear.
