Reply to or resolve a comment Select a comment. Select Reply. Type what you want. Click elsewhere in the document when you are done. Or, select Resolve to show the comment has been completed.
Note: If you want to print your document without any comments, go to Review Tracking No Markup and then print your document.
On your computer, open a document, spreadsheet, or presentation. On the comment you want to edit or delete, click More . Click Edit or Delete.
On the Review tab, in the Comments section, click Next to select a comment. On the Review tab, click Delete. To delete all comments at once, click the arrow by Delete, and then click Delete All Comments in Document.
Open a document that contains comments. Select the Review tab in the ribbon. Under Delete, select Delete all comments in Document.
The first step is to open Microsoft word, and Click Review. Click Delete dropdown at the top of the page. Click Delete All Resolved Comments.
Select a comment. On the Review tab, go to Comments. In the Delete drop-down list, select Delete All Comments in Document.
But you can turn off Microsoft Words text prediction: Click on File - Options and in the following window, click Advanced. Uncheck the box next to Show text predictions as you type and confirm your decision by clicking OK.
