uh for the printer which cannot print out the ink some uh just the three problems maybe the print head maybe the print had cable or the print had board so we need test whatamp;#39;s the problem as you see that the usually uh normally when you printed the N test both cutter and white ink should be out but sometimes you cannot if the sometimes one one of the counter we has problem uh letamp;#39;s letamp;#39;s see letamp;#39;s check one by one if if we we if we check that both color and both color and white print head cannot print out the cannot print out the ink uh first we check for the pr head board I will give you a video about the the lights that that is that is working on the board you can check if the board is working well or not if the board is working well then you need to check you can uh dis disconnect and reconnect the printed cables and then print again if it still has problem try to replace the pr head cable or if you try to replace the pr head cable then the still canno
