Turn off 2-Step Verification Open your devices Settings app and tap Google. Manage your Google Account. At the top, tap Security. Under How you sign in to Google, tap 2-Step Verification. You might need to sign in. Tap Turn off. Confirm by tapping Turn off.
Sign in to your Microsoft account Advanced security options. Under Additional security and Two-step verification choose Turn on or Turn off. Follow the instructions shown on the screen.
In Chrome On your computer, open Chrome. At the top right, click More. Delete browsing data. Choose a time range, like Last hour or All time. Select the types of information you want to remove. Click Delete data.
On Android: Go to Settings Apps Microsoft Authenticator Storage Clear cache/Clear data.
Passwords cached or saved in your browser Open the Chrome browser. Press and hold Ctrl+Shift+Delete keys simultaneously. The Clear Browsing Data dialog box opens. Click Advanced and change the Time frame to All time. Check the Passwords and other sign-in data box. Click Clear data. Close the Google Chrome window.
Click Credential Manager. In the Windows Credentials and Generic Credentials section, remove all stored credentials referencing the Office 365 or Microsoft Office: Select the Credential. Click Remove.
all you need to do is to type chrome://restart in the address bar and chrome, with all its apps that are running in background, will restart and the Auth password cache will be cleaned. The authentication is cleared when you exit Chrome.
