hey everyone iamp;#39;m john with roadkill incorporated and today i just wanted to make a quick video on how to wipe a locked t2 macbook by booting it into DFU mode yes it can be done but first why would you want to do this well letamp;#39;s say youamp;#39;re a recycler or a refurbish ER and you receive a donated 2018 pro that the previous owner or company failed to properly log out as they tend to do with laptops in general the thing is with these t-tube machines unlike previous MacBooks you canamp;#39;t just boot them to an external drive to wipe them or go into a recovery mode and wipe them that way as you can see here in the startup security utility of a t-tube machine which you can access in recovery mode the default setting is to disallow booting from external drives you have to change the option to do that and since t2 Macs have no removable drive it just ships on the board you canamp;#39;t even use the tried-and-true option of removing and wiping the drive so if you canam

Remove an attached file: Select the file, then press the Delete key.
Attachments in Mail can occupy several gigabytes of disk space on your Mac. Manually removing them to free up space can be a long and laborious process. If you do decide to use a manual method, deleting them from within Mail is the safest option. However, its much easier to use CleanMyMac X to do the job.
Remote wipe in macOS with MDM macOS 13 or later: Apple menu System Settings General Transfer or Reset Erase All Content and Settings. macOS 12.0. 1 or earlier: Apple menu System Preferences, then in the menu bar, System Preferences Erase All Content and Settings.
Eject a storage device On your Mac, do one of the following: Select the item to eject, then choose File Eject. In the Finder sidebar, click the Eject button next to the items name. Tip: You can quickly eject disks from connected optical drives using the Eject menu in the menu bar.
Choose Apple menu System Settings, then click General in the sidebar. (You may need to scroll down.) Click Transfer or Reset on the right, then click Erase All Contents and Settings. In Erase Assistant, enter your administrator information and click Unlock.
Choose Storage Settings. Find Messages on the list and click the i icon. You will see in the main window a list of all the attachments on your Mac. To remove them all, select the first one, press and hold Shift, then select the last one.
Choose Apple menu Restart, then immediately press and hold Command-R. In the Recovery app window, select Disk Utility, then click Continue. In Disk Utility, select the volume you want to erase in the sidebar, then click Erase in the toolbar.
From the Apple menu  in the corner of your screen, choose System Settings. Click General in the sidebar. Click Transfer or Reset on the right. Click Erase All Content and Settings.
