i think commercialization is important because it aligns with our mission our mission is to make quality lab testing more accessible in order to do that means we need to discover new innovative lab tests that do things better faster cheaper than have been done historically and we need to make them accessible is probably the biggest part of the commercialization i think a lot of those discoveries are sitting on shelves or theyre available the science is there but theyre not deployable and we need to kind of get those to market and walk through the mining field with the customer to get them to a point where theyre able to offer that test and offer it on human samples and be able to report out a result

How do I start white labeling? Choose a product. Find a supplierdetermine if you will buy inventory, dropship, or print on demand. Create a brand and branding assets for your business and submit your customizations (refer to each suppliers specifications and steps). Set up a Shopify store and sales channels.
What to include in a White Label Agreement The relationship between the two parties. The legal nature of the agreement. The manufacturing or development of the products. Product packaging. Documents of the product. Rights of the re-seller and manufacturer. Responsibilities of the re-seller and manufacturer. Marketing material.
The white label agreement is used for an arrangement where one party provides goods or services and the other party uses these goods or services under its own brand. This is ordinarily used where one party manufactures a generic product and supplies it to another party that brands it and sells it directly to customers.
Do you need permission to white label products? To legally sell white label products under your own brand name, you must craft a manufacturing, branding, and sales agreement with a white label manufacturer. Like all business contracts, these agreements should be crafted with the help of a specialized lawyer.
White labeling is a widespread practice in multiple industries. A common everyday life example is grocery stores that add their brand to convenience goods, which are actually produced by other companies and sell the goods as if they were their own.
With white labeling, a manufacturer creates a generic product designed to be used by multiple retailers. Each retailer can then brand the product as their own, even though its the exact same product as other retailers are selling. An example of this would be Kirkland-branded products at Costco.
A white label agreement contains specific and detailed provisions that set forth the following: Product specifications. The manufacture of the products. Instructions for packaging production. Documentation of the products. Product provision warranties. Repair services. Customer support. Particulars of orders and pricing.
The strategy within white labeling involves using a brands reputation to sell a similar, yet cheaper to produce, product. This allows brands to reduce their costs of manufacturing while also enjoying the benefit of important existing consumer relationships.
