Restrict data entry Select the cells where you want to restrict data entry. On the Data tab, click Data Validation Data Validation. In the Allow box, select the type of data you want to allow, and fill in the limiting criteria and values.
In the dialog box, click on the tab that says Sheet. Then click on the button that says Reset All Page Break Settings. This will reset all of your page break settings back to their defaults. If you only want to reset certain page break settings, you can do so by clicking on the appropriate buttons in the dialog box.
To paste as only values, they can click Home Paste Paste Special Values. This eliminates all formulas and connections, and therefore would also remove any #VALUE!
