hey whats up Andrew Kramer here for Video Copilot dotnet and welcome back to another very exciting tutorial today were gonna be taking a look at creating some fantasy style tile effects inside of After Effects without any third party plugins lets go and take a look at what were gonna be creating [Music] [Applause] so lots of cool things happening here in this tutorial were going to be focusing on chapter 1 creating this really beautiful bevel effect you can see that its very reflective and it interacts with after-effects lights the other cool thing about it is that were going to be customizing the bevel profile and we can just add some really nice details like these edges and well be making this really nice metal reflective material now some other cool things about this technique is that its very dynamic so I can take some After Effects lights and move them around and actually relight the scene I can also change the color of the lights for example and you can really create so
