You can add stamps you create from any supported image file using the Create button in the Stamps panel. In the Select Image dialog box, you can choose a color to be transparent when the stamp is put.

The Text and Date fields can be edited by right-clicking on them > Edit. Each tab will allow for various types of changes to be made. To edit the text in the Text field, click outside of the stamp and click on the text. A cursor will appear to allow the text to be edited.
