These types of stamps have a built-in ink pad. Purchase ink refills. Push down the lock, which is the red button on the side of the stamp. Pull the inkwell out until you hear a clicking sound. Fill each hole with 10 drops from the refill ink. Wait 15 minutes, and then unlock the stamp by pulling up on the lock button.
