hello everybody its rick um remember i was telling everybody that uh all the orders from family court because theres supposed to be a quarter at all or courts all orders are ritz and warrants theyre all different names so under the fourth amendment in order for your property be seized has to be evidence showing probable cause and issued by a judge which would be a judge in a court uh issuing a warrant a warrant is a court order or a writ all writs must be under the signature of a clerk now a lot of people dont know is judges are clerks okay its just that theyre referees theyre performing a different function but theyre basically a clerk okay so now what i did i did on august 2nd to prove this because this is supposed to be a family court order see that they see the scam with the docket number and this is the clerks office the judgment of dockets and liens now this is dated february 1st 2016 name not on file thats me okay i showed it before but ill show it again enter no cler
