This is an update of a tutorial I did quite awhile ago on an earlier version of Photoshop. I provided this envelope image that you can download to place your wax seal onto. Press and hold Alt or Option + Shift as you drag out a circular selection approximately this size. Click your foreground color to open the Color Picker. Pick a rich color for your seal.
