The Order number for the recipient is automatically updated. You can remove a recipient by clicking the remove icon (X) associated with that recipient.
Watermarks. Specify a custom watermark to differentiate draft documents from completed documents. The watermark is displayed on all pages of all documents until the signing process is completed.
You can only void envelopes that you sent or manage, or are shared with you, and that are still in process. Envelopes with a status of either Waiting For Others, Needs to Sign, or Needs to View are in process. Note: You cannot unvoid an envelope.
If you NEVER want ID stamped on any of the envelopes sent via the account, then click the Envelope ID stamp control link, select Remove Stamps and Save.
Within a Room (Documents tab) If you are previewing a document, or attempting to download or send a document that has not had any fields filled out, you could see the watermark. Once you start filling the form out, the watermark should go away.
The watermark in the upper right corner cannot be removed and will be applied to all documents signed in s Demo environment. If you would like to have documents signed without that watermark you will need to go live and being making calls in the Production environment. Save this answer.
If you do not want void notifications sent to recipients whose turn it is to sign, you can correct the envelope to remove them from the signing order. After you correct the envelope you can void it, and notifications will be sent only to the recipients who have already finished signing.
