Tell me if this sounds familiar to you. You finish peeing, youre at the urinal you zip up and before you know it you got some more urine dribbling out ah that is just the worst and let me tell you youre not alone I hear this complaint all the time. Im Dr. Rena Malik, urologist and pelvic surgeon, and today were going to talk about that annoying urine dribble that happens after you finish peeing. so what do we call this little bit of urine that dribbles out right after you pee thats called post void dribble and when you look at the data theres a number of studies that have been done to kind of assess how often this happens and they range anywhere between five percent of the population to almost 58 and i bet its much more common than five percent based on my experience so theres a couple theories as to why this happens the first thought is that if you have some abnormality in the p tube or the urethra that causes maybe a narrowing then urine can get

The AAMC allows test-takers to void their MCAT test at the end of the exam, in which case it wont be scored and medical schools chosen to receive the results will not see the test-takers participation.
It is important to note that every scored attempt appears on your record and is therefore seen by admissions committees. Even though you can technically take the MCAT three times a year or more over a few years, this is not advisable. We recommend not exceeding two MCAT retakes after your first attempt.
Not showing up for an exam counts as an attempt toward the lifetime limit. Voided scores count as an attempt toward the lifetime limit.
If you VOID your test, it will not be scored at all, and your participation in that administration of the MCAT will not be reported to any schools at all.
You will be given two options, one that will say I wish to have my MCAT exam scored, and one that will say I wish to VOID my MCAT exam. If you void your MCAT exam, you will not get a score and medical schools will not see it on your record. It is as if you have never taken the test.
After taking your exam, you have the option to press VOID. What this means is that if you dont feel confident about your performance on the exam, you can make it so that its like you never took the exam. In other words, the test is not scored, and medical schools will not even know that you sat for the exam.
If youre taking your exam before the admission cycle commences, then voiding your MCAT is a plausible option. However, if youre in the middle of your application cycle, voiding can have detrimental effects on your success in matriculating into medical school.
If you do not want your MCAT to be scored, you can pick the VOID option. This means that you will not receive a score for your MCAT and you will never know how you did.
If you void your exam, it is basically the same thing as never having taken that test in the first place. Schools will not know you voided an exam. You will not be given a score nor receive a refund. Most test takers do not feel confident about their scores after they finish their exams.
[01:44] What Is Voiding? When you take the MCAT and you void it, that test doesnt get recorded. It still counts as a take for how many MCAT tests you can take in a year or in a lifetime. But it doesnt get recorded. Bryan further explains that, with a void, it essentially never happened.
