In this tutorial, Elizabeth from Scott Leroy Marketing explains how to void an envelope in KW Rooms. After signing into your account and accessing the room, locate the "ENVELOPES" tab. To void a previously sent envelope, right-click on it and select "Void." A pop-up will appear, stating that recipients will no longer be able to view or sign the document and will receive an email notification with your reason for voiding. Enter the reason, such as duplication or the need for updates, then click "Void." Once the page refreshes, the envelope will appear in orange, marked as voided with the current date.
