hi Im Richard Byrne in this video Im going to show you how to set an expiration date for documents that you share in Google Docs lets go ahead and take a look here at my Google Document and lets say I want to share this one with somebody else I want to share it with Morrison here and before I send out the notification that he can be an editor I want to add an expiration date and Ill say the expiration expires March 1st of this year and that I can send it out to him and he has access to it for that period of time so thats how you can set an expiration date for the documents you share in Google Docs and I should point out this is a feature thats only available in a paid Google workspace not in a free version of Google docs or Google workspace as always for more things like this please subscribe to my YouTube channel or visit practicaledtech.com
