[Music] hi I am attorney War Chris butan Lasco this is my virtual classroom welcome to my YouTube channel in this Channel I shall aim to simplify the law I will discuss Concepts and principles of law in under 10 minutes and Im going to talk about void or inexistent contract so this is the fourth defective contract so so um let us start so what are the characteristics of your Void or inexistent contract so of course when you say inexistent that means it this uh it is inexistent from the very beginning okay so its void from the very beginning second it produces no effect whatsoever why because it does not exist so there are no effects whatsoever third is it cannot be ratified why because you cannot ratify what does not exist so these are the three characteristics again void or it existed from the very beginning it does not have any effect or it produces No Effects whatsoever and lastly it cannot be ratified now theres several kinds of voider inexistent contracts and you have that unde
