If you lack access, ask the project administrator to do it for you. Once the void button is activated, click on the purchase order you wish to void, and click the void button on the upper right side. After confirmation, your purchase order will be voided. It is important to note that voiding a purchase order does not delete it, as the PIO still exists and can be found in the filter of voided purchase orders.
