To build customized reports efficiently without relying on the LeadSquared team, follow these steps. First, navigate to the reports homepage and click on "Create Report." Select a data source, which defines the columns available; we recommend choosing "Leads" that includes both system and custom lead fields. Name your report and provide a description. For analysis, remove the lead owner and add the lead stage under row grouping, then include the lead source field under column grouping to assess lead counts by stage and source. Under values, add the percentage of converted leads. You can also create custom expressions for data manipulation. Finally, apply a country filter to refine lead conversion metrics.
