hello this is Kevin with tax Dome in this video I will show you how you can void pending signature requests if you have already sent out a signature request and someone signed but you dont need the other contacts to sign any longer then you can use the void function I have already prepared a document and requested a signature on it in this case the document is for a married couple the husband has already signed it however the spouse didnt sign it through the portal but instead did so in person therefore to avoid any issues with automations or the document appearing as pending I will void the request if I click on the free dots on the far right of the document I will see the option to void their request if I open the document I can use the same option from here by clicking on the three dots in the top right now once you click on void you will have to leave a comment with the reasoning for the voiding your clients who have already signed the document will receive an email notification

Once you have signed a document, the envelope continues on to the next recipient for signature, which is why you cannot unsign it. The only individuals who can revise your signature are the Sender or a Recipient who is the Allow to Edit Recipient Type in the envelope settings.
From the Manage page, locate the in process envelope that you want to void. Click the drop-down arrow to show the actions menu and select Void. Enter a brief reason for voiding the document. This reason is included in the email notification sent to recipients, and is added to the envelope Details and History views.
Change signature in account: Manage Profile From your Account, select your user icon, then select Manage Profile. Select Signatures. Select Delete to remove an existing signature, or + Add New to create a new signature.
Click Actions and then select Void. 1. In the Void Envelope page, type the reason for voiding the envelope. This information is included in the email sent to recipients that have already signed the envelope.
A contract is void for any of the following reasons: The contract included unlawful consideration or object. One of the parties was not in their right mind at the time the agreement was signed. One of the parties was underage. The terms are impossible to meet.
Change your signature in your account From your account, select your user icon then select Manage Profile. Select Signatures and then choose: Change to display all available signatures. Confirm that your full name and initials are correct, then select a style, draw, or upload your signature.
To void an envelope Find and select the In Process envelope you want to void. Click Actions and then select Void.
Navigate to the Manage page in your eSignature account and locate and select the envelope you want to void. Then click the drop-down arrow to show the actions menu and select Void.
