A virtual document is a collection of files that can be used to generate a large document. For example, you can create a virtual document for a book, then populate the virtual document with files that comprise chapters. This video will show you how to view, browse, and create Virtual Documents. Lets start by opening an existing Virtual Document. In the Document list widget, right-click the virtual document and select Display Virtual Document. The Virtual Document widget allows you to browse Virtual Documents and change their structure. Lets create a Virtual Document. In the Document List widget, find the document you want to use as the parent node, and drag it into the Virtual Document widget. Dragging subsequent files adds them as children under the parent node and checks out your Virtual Document. You can even multi-select files to add children.
