Navigate to Tools Annotate Text from the Preview menu, or directly click on the T icon (with a box around it) from the Preview toolbar. A small text box will show up. You can type plain text inside and click the icon like an A to edit the font properties, including font size, color, position, style, etc.
Open the file using docHub Reader or Acrobat Pro. Go to File Properties. Select Fonts and verify that all fonts show (Embedded Subset)
Step 1: Open the PDF file in the editor. Step 2: Right-click on the document and select Select Tool. Step 3: Select the text you want to identify and right-click again to select Text Properties.

Once you have converted your file to a PDF, you will want to check whether or not all of the fonts are embedded in your PDF file. Next, open your PDF file and click File Document Properties. Click on the Fonts tab to display the list of all fonts.
Step 1: Open the PDF file in the editor. Step 2: Right-click on the document and select Select Tool. Step 3: Select the text you want to identify and right-click again to select Text Properties. Step 4: Open the Formatting tab to view the font type and other details.
Go to File ➙ Properties (Command + D) Navigate to Fonts. If you see Embedded or Embedded Subset, then your PDF document has fully embedded fonts. If not, your fonts might not be visible to others, unless they have those fonts installed on their machines.
Once you have opened the correct PDF in Acrobat, go to File Document Properties. 3. Select the tab at the top that says Fonts and then look for the fonts that have (Embedded Subset) at the end of their name. These are the fonts that are already embedded.
Go to File ➙ Properties (Command + D) Navigate to Fonts. If you see Embedded or Embedded Subset, then your PDF document has fully embedded fonts. If not, your fonts might not be visible to others, unless they have those fonts installed on their machines.
Which fonts are embedded? Click Home tab and then select the down arrow alongside the Replace button at the end of the ribbon. Choose Replace Fonts All of the fonts in use in your presentation will appear in the top dropdown.
