hi welcome to lavrov Astoria in hash tutorials we learnt about the shortcuts available in LibreOffice writer now we will be discussing about frequently used menu items so in this tutorial we will discuss about how to save as the document into Windows compatible format Windows Office or Microsoft Office compatible format so by default library Office saves the files in extensions OD s ODT and ODP where ODS means open document spreadsheet ODT means open document text and ODP means open document presentation so to ensure because these formats canamp;#39;t be opened in Microsoft Office and if we need to open them then we need to save this file as either do C or XLS or presentation or PPT depending on the softwares we are using so in this we will just save as in the document so by default if the if there is a text document then it will be already but we need to save it as microsoft word 97-2003 2003 dot do see and not excellence for Excel and odd PPT for presentation this particular format
