Word gives you several different ways to add pictures to your documents. You can use your own, or you can search for something in the online picture library, which includes stock photos, clip art, and other graphic resources. In this example, I want to start by adding the company logo to the top margin [dotted line callout box] of the document. The file is already saved to my computer, so inserting it should be pretty easy. Just go to the Insert tab then click the Pictures command. From here, select the image you want. (You may need to navigate to where its saved on your computer.) Then click the Insert button and it will be added to your document. Remember, I wanted the image positioned in the very top margin. But watch what happens when I try to move it there using the drag drop method. It doesnt work, because the current text wrapping setting wont allow it. Text wrapping controls the position of the image, and the way the rest of your document wraps around it. To move the im

At each place where you need the text repeated, insert a REF field (on the Insert tab, in the Text group, click Quick Parts Field, select Ref, and then select the name of the bookmark in the list). After you change the bookmarked text, select the whole document, and then press F9 to update the REF fields.
Find and replace text Go to Home Replace. Enter the word or phrase you want to replace in Find what. Enter your new text in Replace with. Choose Replace All to change all occurrences of the word or phrase. To specify only upper or lowercase in your search, select More Match case.
Auto insert same text in multiple locations with Bookmark feature Select the text string that you want to insert multiple times, and then click Insert Bookmark, see screenshot: In the Bookmark dialog box, type a name for this text into the Bookmark name box, and then click Add button, see screenshot:

Restrict Editing Click Review Protect Restrict Editing. Under Editing restrictions, select Allow only this type of editing in the document, and make sure the list says No changes (Read only). Select Yes, Start Enforcing Protection.
Method 1: Copy Paste the Same Texts into Multiple Table Cells. Actually copy paste method will also work for multiple cells. Copy the texts that you need to enter into the empty table cells, by pressing Ctrl + C. Select all the cells where you need to enter the same texts, and then press Ctrl + V.
Go to Home Replace. Enter the word or phrase you want to replace in Find what. Enter your new text in Replace with. Choose Replace All to change all occurrences of the word or phrase.
Under Insert controls, click Rich Text Box. To specify the type of rich text that users can enter, double-click the rich text box that was inserted on the form template, click the Display tab, and then select or clear the check boxes under Available formatting.
