How do I assign a classroom to aSc timetable?

You can specify the available classrooms for the lesson in the Lesson editing dialog. The bottom part of this dialog allows you to specify classrooms: You can select the rooms individually - or you can use the 4 check boxes for Home classroom, Shared room, Teachers classroom and Subject classroom.

What is aSc substitution?

aSc Substitutions module is a perfect companion for you to help you with everyday schools agenda of covering lessons for absent teachers. Once you had created your final timetable in aSc Timetables, you can publish it and use it to manage these daily substitutions.

How do I import aSc timetable?

Importing from Clipboard (MS Excel) Open aSc TimeTables and create a blank document. In MS Excel select the first sheet with classes and copy in to the clipboard(CTRL-C or menu edit/Copy) Switch to the TimeTables and choose menu File/Import/Import from Clipboard. Dialog shows up that shows the selected data in the list.

How do I add lunch break to aSc timetable?

Just check out period 6 in Time-off. (you can do this also if e.g. class 1-4 have lunch break on 6th periods and classes 5-8 have lunch break on 7th periods - just define Time-off for classes correspondingly).

Do it via Customize - Settings - Use color. If you want to customize other view settings of the timetable - texts on cards, alignment, font size, view structure, etc, customize print settings in aSc Timetables program and publish the modified timetable on Edupage.
