By default, the theme you select applies to all slides in your presentation. In the Variants group, select More to change Colors, Fonts, Effects, and Background Styles. Note: To apply a theme to only one or a few slides, select the slide or slides, right click the theme you want, and select Apply to Selected Slides.
Apply a different theme to a slide Select the slide that you want to apply a different theme to. Hold down CONTROL and then, on the Design tab, in Themes, click the slide that you want to apply the theme to and click Apply to Selected Slides.
Click the File tab. Click Info to view the presentation properties. To add or change properties, hover your pointer over the property you want to update and enter the information. Click the File tab again to return to your presentation. Any changes you made are saved automatically. Optional steps:
Add a section In Normal view, in the thumbnail pane, click the slide that will be the first slide of the section. On the Home tab, click Section. In the Section Name box, enter a name for the section, and then click Rename. To add more sections, select a new starting slide for the new section and repeat steps 2 and 3.
On the Design tab, pick a theme with the colors, fonts, and effects that you like. To apply a different color variation of a particular theme, in the Variants group, pick a variant.
To apply a theme to only one or a few slides, select the slide or slides, right-click the theme you want, and select Apply to Selected Slides.
On your computer, open a presentation in Google Slides. At the top, click Slide. Change theme. At the bottom right, click Import theme. Double-click the presentation you want to use. Click the theme you want. Click Import theme.
On the View menu, click Normal, and then in the navigation pane, click the slide or slides that you want to change. On the Design tab, in Customize, click Format Background. Click Fill, and then click the Solid, Gradient, Picture or Texture, or Pattern option. Choose the background fills that you want.
